Singles night for parents

Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department is providing a great opportunity for single parents and their children to meet, enjoy a free cookout and spend time together. This event is scheduled on Saturday, April 19 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Wills Park Lions Club Pavilion. Free hot dogs, burgers, chips and soft drinks will be provided.

“This is a great way to meet new friends and fellow single parents,” said Richard Paine, a recent single parent and event organizer.

Single parents and children are cordially invited to get together for fun, food and networking.

Plans will be discussed for further events for the Single Parents of Alpharetta group.
