Rep. Tom Price (GA-06-R) hosted a ceremony to recognize and honor 20 local students attending service academies in the fall. Price nominated each of the students based on their academic record, extracurricular commitments, and strong character.

“Our entire nation is better because these extraordinary young people are willing to serve their nation,” said Rep. Price. “That some of our most talented young men and women have committed to attend our prestigious academies is something in which we may all take great pride. Each one of these students has displayed the integrity, leadership, and devotion that exemplify our storied armed services. They now have the opportunity to obtain a first-class education, contribute to our country, and stand proudly as the greatest of their generation. We are all grateful for the hard work of these future leaders and wish them great success in this exciting chapter of their lives.”
