
Fulton Superintendent to Host Sandy Springs Forum, Special Olympics Event

Fulton County Schools Superintendent Cindy Loe will host a Sandy Springs forum on May 5 at Riverwood High School. Loe will present her vision for the school system and to address several curriculum topics, including the school system’s Continuous Achievement model and a balanced approach to teaching mathematics.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the school, located at 5900 Heards Drive in Atlanta.
Loe is also serving as the mistress of ceremonies during Fulton Schools’s annual Special Olympics track and field event April 30.
More than 300 students with exceptional abilities are expected to gather for events such as the 10-meter dash, 200-meter, softball throw and shot-put.
Loe will give the official “Let the games begin” declaration at 10 a.m. on April 30 at Centennial High School, located at 9310 Scott Road in Roswell.
